About Me
Prof. Dheeraj Sharma is the Director of the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) and a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad). With a strong international academic presence, he has taught and presented research at leading educational institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prof. Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Marketing with a double minor in Psychology and Quantitative Analysis from Louisiana Tech University, USA. His primary research focuses on understanding and enhancing relationships in the business domain, covering areas such as workforce motivation, behavioral channel theory, international marketing strategy, brand management, social media dynamics, personal selling, and business ethics.
He has served as Associate Editor for the Journal of Marketing Channels and as Editor for the Academy of Marketing Science Proceedings and Cultural Perspectives. Prof. Sharma is also a recognized member of Who’s Who of American Professionals and an active contributor to professional bodies including the Academy of Marketing Science, American Marketing Association, and the National Conference of Sales Management.
